Understanding Confidence Ratings
The Confidence Rating tells you how reliable our audit results are for a specific account. Not all audits are created equal — some accounts provide more data points than others.
Factors That Increase Confidence
- Public account with full access to follower list
- More than 100 followers
- Regular posting history (at least 10 posts)
- Account has been active for more than 6 months
Factors That Decrease Confidence
- Private accounts (limited data access)
- Very new accounts with few posts
- Accounts with fewer than 50 followers
- Inactive accounts with no recent posts
Interpreting Low Confidence
A low confidence rating doesn't mean the results are wrong — it means we had less data to work with. Consider running the audit again later when the account has more activity.
